Yearly Sweepstakes Disclaimer
By participating in the Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") held by Manuel Puente, Northern Colorado Real Estate Agent with RealtyOneGroup at Fourpoints , you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who attend one of my events and provide their information as required. Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of Colorado. Employees, representatives, and agents of RealtyOneGroup, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Sweepstakes does not require any purchase or payment of any kind. Entry into the Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per address to phone number.
Entry Method: The only way to enter the Sweepstakes is by attending one of my events and providing your information as required. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.
Prize Selection: The winner will be randomly selected at the end of the year from the pool of participants who have entered into my events and provided their information until the end of this year. Each participant will have an equal chance of winning the prize.
Prize Delivery: The winner will be notified by phone call and will receive free delivery of the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Contractual Restrictions: The winner of the Sweepstakes must not be under contract with another real estate agent or agency to prevent "sign-crossing" or any conflicts of interest.
Use of Information: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you understand and consent that ItsMannyP Realty may collect and use your personal information for marketing purposes and to administer the Sweepstakes. This may include contacting you via text messages to conclude that you are a winner or to invite you to other events or provide you with real estate-related information.
Opt-Out Option: Participants have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications and/or participation in the Sweepstakes at any time. Release and Indemnification: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you release Itsmannyp LLC, its employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with your participation or acceptance of the prize.
Modification or Termination: Itsmannyp LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason without prior notice. Any such modification, suspension, or termination shall be communicated through Itsmannyprealty.com official website and other appropriate channels.
Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, US. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado, US .
Sales Goal Requirement: The Sweepstakes is contingent upon ItsmannyP LLC achieving a minimum of 5 house sales for the year 2023. In the event that the sales goal is not met, the Sweepstakes will be extended to the end of the year 2024 with new terms, conditions, and ambitions. Itsmannyp LLC reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes rules, timeline, and prize structure for the extended period, which will be communicated through Manny's official channels.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that the successful achievement of the sales goal is a prerequisite for the Sweepstakes to take action within the specified year.
